At Sapphire Candy Co., we take pride in crafting high-quality hand-pulled hard candies. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to love every piece.
Our Commitment
All candies are made fresh in small batches and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, due to the nature of hand-pulled hard candy, some pieces may arrive broken or stuck together. This doesn't affect the flavor or quality. They're still delicious!
Refunds & Replacements
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your candy arrives severely damaged (crushed to powder), melted, or defective due to shipping or production issues, we'll gladly replace it or issue a full refund. Please email us at store@sapphirecandy.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- Wrong Item Received: If we sent you the wrong flavor, we'll send the correct item at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
- Quality Concerns: If you're unsatisfied with the quality, flavor, or heat level of an unopened package, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with you to make it right.
What We Cannot Accept
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or consumed products. As a cottage food operation producing handmade edible goods, we're unable to resell returned items.
Normal Product Characteristics
The following are normal for hand-pulled hard candy and do not qualify for refunds or replacements:
- Some broken pieces
- Pieces stuck together
- Minor variations in size, shape, or color between batches
- Air bubbles or surface cracks (these are part of the hand-pulling process)
- Varying piece counts (products are sold by weight, so the number of pieces may vary)
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Contact us at store@sapphirecandy.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
We'll respond within 2 business days and work quickly to resolve the issue.
Shipping Costs
- We cover return shipping for severely damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable for customer preference returns
